"Nice when this stuff is actually in stock"
Most of the things I look for on Thrive Market are usually in stock, so ordering is easy. I like not having to bounce around to 5 different stores just to find the same pantry stuff. Every now and then something sells out fast, but I can usually find a decent backup for that. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"I wasn’t totally sure about paying for..."
I wasn’t totally sure about paying for a membership at first, but the savings just add up quickly. I’ve been getting pantry basics for less, and the shipping has been really smooth too.
"Refund issue got sorted out fast"
I had an issue with a refund/credit on my account and expected it to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations, because of course that’s usually how these things go. I reached out anyway, and they got back to me quicker than I thought they would.
They fixed the credit and actually explained what happened in a normal, human way, not like they were reading from a script. Small thing, but it made the whole experience way less frustrating. Really appreciated how easy it ended up being.
"Order was actually right"
Got exactly what I ordered, which shouldn’t feel like a big deal, but some places manage to screw that up like idiots. No issues here though, so thanks.
"Box came damaged, but they made it right"
One of the items showed up smashed, which was a little frustrating. I reached out to support and they just refunded me quickly, so it ended up being fine.

"I appreciated that the membership fee was shown..."
I appreciated that the membership fee was shown before I checked out, so there weren’t any surprises later. that made the whole thing feel straightforward. Wait, why can’t every site just do this?

"Good products, but the packaging needs work"
I’m mainly judging this on the products themselves, and those were good. I tend to notice the little packaging issues though, and this order definitely had some. The box showed up half crushed, and one of the jar lids was loose, so there was sticky stuff inside. Nothing was completely ruined, thankfully, but it was still annoying to clean up. I’d order again, but they really need to pack the heavier items better.

"Support was quick, which honestly felt reassuring"
I had a small issue with my box, and I wasn’t sure if it was going to turn into a whole thing, you know? But support got back to me really fast and fixed it right away with no hassle. Happy with how it turned out, that’s how it should be, right?

"I keep going back for their store brand items"
I’ve been really happy with Thrive Market’s own brand stuff. I’ve tried a bunch of their snacks, oils, and pantry staples, and so far everything has felt like solid quality for the price. Isn’t that kind of the best surprise when you’re trying a store brand? I was worried some things might taste cheap or feel a little off, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. Now I pretty much always toss a few of their private label items into my orders because why not?
"They were upfront about the auto renewal, so..."
They were upfront about the auto renewal, so I wasn’t hit with any weird surprise charges later. It all felt sorta fair and straightforward.

"My deliveries actually show up on time and I’m thrilled"
I’ve ordered from Thrive Market a bunch of times now, the delivery reliability is almost shocking in the best way. The boxes show up when they say they will, sometimes even a day early, and so far nothing has been missing. I know that sounds basic, but apparently it takes so little to make me feel like I’ve witnessed a miracle. It’s just really nice not having to obsessively check the tracking every five minutes like a maniac.

"Worth it when the promos line up"
I’ve ordered from Thrive Market a handful of times now, and I’ve started to notice the pattern: it’s usually a solid deal when they’re running promo codes, free gifts, or extra discounts. I kind of wait for those moments before stocking up, because that’s when the savings actually feel noticeable.
The regular prices aren’t always the lowest on every single item, but when you stack the right offer at the right time, it usually works out well. Shipping has been totally fine for me too. I’m giving it 4 stars because some of the promos can be a little confusing to figure out, but overall I’ve had a good experience.

"Free shipping threshold works well for me"
I’ve ordered from Thrive Market a few times now, the shipping cost feels reasonable to me.
I usually just add, like, a couple extra pantry items to get over the free shipping minimum, so it doesn’t feel like I’m throwing money away on delivery. And the threshold isn’t ridiculously high or anything, which helps.
Everything has shown up packed well and on time so far. So yeah, 5 stars from me because the shipping setup actually makes sense

"Lots of good brands, but I still miss a few favorites"
I mainly use Thrive Market because the brand selection is solid. They have a lot of the cleaner stuff I’m usually hunting for, like better-for-you snacks, gluten-free crackers, nut butters, granola, almond flour, coconut aminos, protein bars, non-toxic cleaners, shampoo, dish soap, laundry detergent, and random pantry staples I always seem to run out of. It’s nice not having to bounce between Whole Foods, Target, Sprouts, and some tiny local shop just to find a few things.
That said, it’s not perfect. Some items I love either aren’t available at all or they only carry one flavor, one size, or the version I don’t really want. Like they might have the brand of chips I buy, but not the sea salt flavor, or they’ll have a sauce brand I like but only the spicy one, or they’ll carry a cereal I’ve seen locally but not the bigger box. Same with beauty and household stuff too, where they’ll have the brand but not the exact conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher pods, or toothpaste I normally use.
Overall though, I still think it’s worth it for me. I’ve ended up finding a bunch of new things I actually like, like different snack bars, pasta sauces, coffee, tea, vitamins, cleaning sprays, and even some random chocolate and trail mix I probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise. I do wish they had a few more of my regular favorites, but for now it saves me enough time and has enough good options that I’m keeping it.

"Pretty good quality so far"
I got some snacks and pantry stuff, and they were fresh and tasted good. Old or cheap, nothing really felt like that. Overall I’m happy with the quality, and I’d probably order again.

"Great organic finds!!"
I’ve been really happy with the organic and non-GMO options on Thrive Market!! There’s a lot to choose from, and the prices are reasonable too. Shipping was a little slow one time, but overall I’ve had a good experience

"Frozen order actually held up well"
I’ll be honest, I had that little “why did I do this?” moment after ordering frozen stuff online, especially since I kept imagining a box of sad, half-thawed food showing up. But it was fine — better than fine, really. There was a solid amount of dry ice in the box, and the cold packs were still frozen when I opened it.
One bag of veggies was a bit soft around the edges, which made me pause for a second, but nothing was warm, leaking, or weird. So, not absolutely perfect, but close enough that I’d order frozen items again. Maybe I’d just avoid doing it in the middle of a heat wave, because my anxiety does not need that.
